Are you passionate about sustainable and regenerative agriculture? Are you looking for hands-on experience working on a small, diverse farm in the Pacific Northwest? Look no further!

 

We are a small, organic farm located in Vancouver, Washington, that specializes in low to no till farming. We grow a wide variety of veggies, flowers, and herbs for CSA subscriptions and the Vancouver Farmers Market. We are in need of a dedicated person to join our small team for the upcoming season.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in local food, food justice, sustainable agriculture, holistic health/wellness, as well as a willingness to learn and work hard in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Responsibilities will include planting, harvesting, weeding, washing/packing, and general farm maintenance. There is also the possibility of staffing our booth at the market. 

 

This is a part-time, paid position starting this Spring, with pay starting at $15-17 per hour depending on experience. The position is just for one person, who will be working closely with the owner of the farm.
